| Effective April 1, 2006, we have made all
rooms, "Non-Smoking". We have provided chairs outside the rooms and
tables at the south end of the parking area for smoking. Guests that smoke or allow others to smoke in their rooms, will be charged a $300.00 minimum cleaning fee. Repeat offenders will be required to leave the premises, there will be no rental refund. If subsequent rental income is lost because of the smoking in that room the offending guest will be charged an amount equal to the lost income. |
