Smoking Policy

All
rooms are NON-SMOKING. If you would like to sit outside your room to smoke,
please be sure to request a room with outside seating. Smoking is allowed
outside your room as long
as the smoke is not interfering with other guests' enjoyment of the
premises.

There is a $300.00
charge for smoking in a room.
General Policies
Rates are based on double occupancy.
-
A $15.00 charge, per night, will be incurred for each
person or persons above the double occupancy although there is no
charge for children 12 years old or younger.

Cribs/foldaway beds are $15.00 per night.
-
A 2 night minimum stay is required on weekends during
June, and September as well as Chowderfest Weekend and Columbus Day
Weekend.

A
3 Night minimum stay is required on Weekends in July and August as
well as Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends.

A 4 Night minimum stay
is required over the 4th of July Holiday.

There is no minimum
requirements during the week.

Shorter
lengths of stay based on availability.
Quiet Hours
We are a
quiet family motel and require our guests to observe our quiet hours
on the decks and patios between the hours of 10 PM until 9:30 AM.
This is to assure everyone's enjoyment of the premises
Pet Policy
We do
Love our Furry Friends but we have had to initiate a NO PETS Policy.
This is for the Safety and Health Concerns of all our guests.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
-
A 1 night deposit is taken on stays from 1-3 nights.
-
A 50% deposit is required for stays of 4 nights or
longer.
-
A 10% discount is given on stays of 7 consecutive
nights or more.
-
Deposit is taken at time of reservation and balance
due upon arrival.
-
Booking 3 or more rooms require a 50% deposit.
-
A refund of the deposit
less
10% will be given if the cancellation if the
cancellation is 10 days prior to the 1st day of your
reservation.

If you do not give us 10 days' notice you will
lose your entire deposit.
-
If you need to shorten your stay, this also must be
done at least 10 days prior to the first day of your reservation or
you will be responsible for the original amount of the reservation.

Must be 21 to rent a room.
-
Rates do not include taxes or gratuity.
